After having several years in freelance web-development, I strongly believe that there should be some security for serious service providers to get safe from fraudulent webmasters like Charles Winters of http://www.charleswinters.com.
This nasty soul does not understand the meaning of honesty, I doubt if he has ever heard the word.
Upon further googling after getting robbed by this nasty soul, I came to know that he not only cheat people whom he hire, but also rob his clients, read following posts.
